What is Dream Cast Project?

Here at Dream Cast Project we believe in human potential. We create products that show kids and young adults that intentional thought can create and manifest the future they want, the future they chose and to “Believe in the POSSIBLE”.

OVERVIEW

Our journey began in late 2019, just before the covid pandemic changed the world.

Amid pandemic lockdowns, two (wannabe) cool parents stuck three questions to an old flower vase to help foster more engagement with our kids aged 6 and 9 at the time:

What are you grateful for?
Write down your goals?
What are your dreams?

From the very beginning we knew that one of the best tools we could give to our kids was to help them seamlessly create positive habits that result in an abundance of happiness and mental well-being, so that they may become the best version of themselves.

Dream Cast Project now helps kids and young adults around the world develop a positive mindset to live a happier and more fulfilling life.

MINDSET CHANGES THE WORLD

Much has happened since then, and the concept of changing the world through intentional thought stuck.

Growing up and throughout our adult lives, we’ve realized how little information there is out there for people of color, especially kids of color. Information about how to change their mindset, how to change their lives.

We want to help future generations believe in the possible. By encouraging gratitude, kindness, resilience, mindfulness, and a growth mindset.

That is how we believe we change the world. Our kids and young adults can have every opportunity to discover their true passion, if we just give them the right mindset.

They will be the future leaders and decision makers and voters who will change this world. We want all children to know that they are loved and to believe in themselves because someone believed in them. And so this is the work we do.

We do this work as a brown family aimed at brown families, but applicable to everyone. We’re Ricardo and Michele, a brown family with two beautiful brown children, doing what we can to make the world a better place. So join us at the Dream Cast Project and help us change the world.

Embracing Our Unity: The Power of the "Global Majority"

Ever come across the term "Global Majority?" Many of us have likely encountered phrases such as "people of color," "mixed race," or even "coloured," the latter referring to an ethnic minority in South Africa encompassing individuals of mixed race or nationality. As part of this diverse group, I proudly acknowledge my heritage as a fusion of white, black, and Indian genes.
