“Grit is passion and perseverance for very long-term goals. Grit is having stamina. Grit is sticking with your future, day-in, day-out."

"To learn from rejection is to win"

Discovered that simply asking for what you want can open up possibilities where you expect to find dead ends. Jia Jiang adventures boldly into a territory so many of us fear: rejection. By seeking out rejection for 100 days -- from asking a stranger to borrow $100 to requesting a "burger refill" at a restaurant. There is so much we can learn from this. Source: TEDx

1 Thought

I wanted to quit smoking for years and did so several times. Each time I would fall off the wagon. This year I have been a non-smoker for 5 years. What changed for me was not to quit smoking, but to adopt a better lifestyle for me, I needed to quit for me. What do you need to do for you this week?

“Sometimes you can't see the road ahead but as you keep going, it gets clearer. Stay the course as the fog of life dissipates.”

Believe in the possible, and live your best life.
Have an amazing week ahead.
